As Cameron Maybin’s brand and partnership managers, Coleture ensures that there is a strong and positive media presence while growing a unique and organic following to strengthen brand loyalty and awareness. Whether that’s landing new partnerships or developing strong media relations throughout the markets Maybin impacts, Coleture takes the lead.

(MAYBIN) MISSION ACCOMPLISHED

Coleture developed a comprehensive brand to act as Maybin’s charitable platform, along with yearlong programming including kid’s camps and additional charitable efforts. Coleture also led the development of Maybin’s strategic partnerships, which creates increased awareness and revenue even during the off-season.

PROGRAMMING

Strategic insights were developed to create programs for Cameron and his Maybin Mission in order to build a strong connection with fans.

Camp Maybin

Each year, children in and around the Asheville, NC area meet at the University of North Carolina – Asheville for a one-day baseball camp hosted by Maybin and the UNCA Men’s Baseball team to put their skills to the test in a five-station clinic.

Streets to Peaks

Looking to giving enriching outdoor experiences to youth with limited access to all-terrain adventures, Cameron Maybin partnered with Camp Grier to provide participants ages 11-18 unique outdoor activities like rock climbing and river rafting to inspire them to overcome the obstacles they may face in their life.

Holiday Project

The Maybin Mission Holiday Project was started by Cameron Maybin and his wife Courtney to support families in need during the holiday season in their hometown of Asheville, NC through a fundraiser, gift drive, and a party to celebrate the holiday season.

BRAND PARTNERSHIPS

As Maybin’s off-field representation, Coleture took advantage of key moments and partnered him with major brands. After stealing a base during the World Series, Maybin was deemed Taco Bell’s ‘Taco Hero,’ upon which Coleture helped facilitate a strategic partnership that lasts long past the campaign.

BRAND

Coleture led the development and maintenance of Maybin’s philanthropic charity, Maybin Mission. From Spring Training camps to the annual Holiday Project, Maybin Mission has helped Maybin leverage his platform as a professional baseball player to give back to the communities he cares most about.
